You will need 5 food storage containers for daily meal prep and 5 small sauce containers for dressing.
Microwave bacon according to package directions. Chop bacon into bite sized pieces. Line up your food storage containers and lay a bed of romaine at the bottom of each. Divide bacon, tomatoes, eggs, and chicken evenly among containers. Top each salad with 2 tablespoons blue cheese. Measure 2 tablespoons dressing into each sauce container. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat. Save avocado and slice fresh each day.
When ready to eat, slice 1/3 of an avocado atop salad and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
