Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper, set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, tahini, and water. Add mix and stir just until ingredients are combined. Add cocoa nibs and stir to incorporate.
Pour mix into prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until dark golden brown and firm to the touch. Allow to cool 40 minutes before slicing.
