Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta to pot, return to boil and cook for 5-6 minutes, until al dente. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Transfer pasta to a large bowl and toss with olive oil to keep from sticking; set aside.
While pasta boils, microwave corn according to package directions. Add corn, cheese packet, black beans and lime juice to pasta, tossing gently to combine. Salt and pepper to taste, garnish with cilantro and enjoy.
