Sweet & Smoky Seared Tilapia

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cooking Time: 6 Minutes



Microwave rice according to package directions. Pat tilapia filets dry with paper towels and generously season both sides with paprika, sea salt & pepper.

In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt ghee. Add tilapia to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat.

To assemble: Divide rice among two plates and top each with a tilapia filet. Drizzle filets with desired amount of salsa, and garnish with lemon slices and cilantro. Enjoy immediately.
