Rustic Peach Galette
Preheat oven to 400º F. Place dough onto parchment lined baking sheet, unfold and press together any cracks or breaks in dough. Add peaches to a mixing bowl and toss together with brown sugar and cinnamon. Top dough with peach mixture and dot with butter. Fold dough up and pinch around; peaches will stick out of top. Pinch together and smooth any breaks in dough or juices will leak out. Brush dough with milk and sprinkle with Turbinado sugar. Place in oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and peaches are bubbling. Remove from oven and rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
