Kale & Bacon Breakfast Bagel

Serves: 1 Prep Time: 3 Minutes Cooking Time: 7 Minutes



In a small pan over medium heat, add bacon and cook until browned, about two minutes. Toss in kale and stir until wilted about two more minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Give the pan a spray with canola oil then fry your egg as desired. Arrange kale, bacon and fried egg over the toasted bagel and enjoy! Serve with fresh fruit.
