Full Irish-ish Breakfast

Serves: 6 Cooking Time: 35 Minutes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a medium frying pan over a medium-low heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the bacon and fry until soft and well browned, but not crispy, about 10 minutes. Set aside on a plate and place in the oven to keep warm. Turn the frying pan heat up to medium. Fry the bangers until the turn golden brown and the juices run clear or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Once cooked add them to plate with the bacon in the oven. In a small saucepan over low heat, begin warming the baked beans. In another skillet, sauté mushrooms over low heat until warmed. Meanwhile, fry the tomatoes until they are browned on all sides. Once finished add to the warmed plate in the oven. Add another tablespoon of butter before frying the bread on both sides. Once golden, add to the warmed plate in the oven. Finally, fry 6 eggs to your taste. Divide ingredients among 6 plates, along with the prepared Corned Beef Hash (see separate recipe) and serve. Enjoy with a strong cup of Irish Breakfast tea!
