Smoky Sriracha Baked Beans
Preheat oven to 400º F. Heat a large skillet over medium flame, add bacon and brown 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and set on a paper towel lined plate to drain. Pour off bacon fat from pan; add onion to pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Pour beans into a 9x13 baking dish. Add bacon, onion, and bbq sauce and stir to combine. Place dish on center rack of oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until beans are bubbly, caramelized around the edges and slightly browned on top. Remove dish from oven and let cool 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro, chives or parsley and enjoy!
