Pork Belly Tacos
Mix cabbage, salsa and cumin together, set aside. Wrap 6 tortillas in a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and set aside to cool slightly. Add full piece of pork belly to sauté pan and brown on all sides until golden and warmed through. Remove from pan and slice into very thin slivers. Place a tortilla on a plate and spread with a layer of Avocado’s Number, top with cabbage mixture, pork, lots of lime and cilantro; fold over and eat right away.
