A simple, TJ's version of the popular avocado toast sensation in restaurants and cafés everywhere. We've added the kick of Sardines in Harissa for extra protein boost and flavor.
Mash 1/4 of an avocado with a fork on one slice of toasted bread. Lay half (2oz) of the tin of sardines over the avocado, then drizzle a bit of the extra oil on top. Garnish with microgreens, cilantro or arugula if desired. Repeat on other slice of toast. Enjoy!
