Crab Salad Stuffed Tofu
Make a tofu box. Place tofu on a nice plate (this plate will be the one you will present your salad on). Scoop out center of tofu and discard (or save for later) leave 1/2 inch wall and bottom.
Leave box shaped tofu on a plate for 15 minutes and drain excess water.
In the meantime, in a medium bowl, mix together cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, 2/3 of green onion slices and crab meat.
Stuff crab salad into tofu box.
Sprinkle reserved green onion over the top.
Pour Soyaki all over the crab salad.
Sprinkle seaweed crumbles on top.
"Itadakimasu!!" (It's what Japanese people say when they are about to begin eating; thank you for the food basically, saying grace to give thanks before a meal.)
