Cha Siu Bao

In the traditional fashion, Trader Ming's Cha Siu Bao are steamed pork buns, popular in dim sum restaurants and little shops around China and Chinatowns throughout the rest of the world. The dough is both dense and light, and the filling is a generous amount of well-seasoned, diced pork.  Unlike many variations of this quick snack you'll find in restaurants & shops, ours are made without artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. They steam quickly—if you're really in a hurry, though, you can microwave them in less than a minute.

Enjoy Trader Ming's Cha Siu Bao as a snack, or present them with other Chinese-style appetizers to create a dim sum dinner in minutes. We're selling each eight ounce package of four pork buns for $2.99, every day. You'll find them in our freezers.
