Farfalle with 4 Cheeses & Spinach

A product of France, with decidedly Italian influences, Trader Joe's Farfalle with 4 Cheeses & Spinach is an entrée for one that's simultaneously satisfying and stimulating. Let's start with satisfying. It's pasta, so right away we're on the right track – pasta is pretty much always satisfying.  We take farfalle – also known as bowtie pasta – and combine it with Parmesan, Emmental, mozzarella and Gorgonzola cheeses, then toss in some spinach for good measure – and good taste! It's a satisfying lunch all on its own, and if you add a simple salad you'll have dinner in minutes.

And now for the stimulating… First, it will stimulate your taste buds. The sharp-mild-creamy-tangy cheeses marry beautifully, making this a full-flavored entrée you can heat in less than five minutes.  And then there's the price. It really is $1.99 for each 10.6 ounce container. Not to get political, but you could think of this as our very own economic stimulus plan – with food this affordable, think of how much money you'll have to spend on other things! You'll find Farfalle with 4 Cheeses & Spinach in our freezers.
