Trader Joe’s Mango & Sticky Rice Spring Rolls take these tastes from two ends of the meal to create a sweet treat that makes an excellent dessert or anytime snack. Rice from Northern Thailand is simmered with coconut milk, making authentic, sweet & fragrant Thai sticky rice. Pieces of sweet Nam Dok Mai mangoes are blended with the rice, and this superstar combination is wrapped in spring roll skins and fried before being frozen. You bake them for about ten minutes (or pan fry until golden and crispy), and you get a handheld way to indulge in one of Thailand’s most famous dishes.
