Triple Crème Brie

Triple Crème Brie

June 5th, 2017—Fearlessly Archived—Still a fun read; price & availability may have changed.

Where standard, double crème Brie is soft and creamy, our Triple Crème Brie (73% butterfat) is soft and creamy and so very close to butter itself. Purely indulgent. There are times when indulgence is warranted – anytime this cheese is within reach is such a time. This fromage is made for us among the green hills of France’s Lorraine region – in a town called Raival – with milk from nearby dairy farms. It’s delicious anywhere you’d enjoy a double crème Brie – even more delicious if you follow the more is more philosophy of so many turophiles. Soft-ripened cheeses with this pedigree generally sell for prices that could be described as extravagant, or even exorbitant, depending on your perspective. We’re selling Trader Joe’s Triple Crème Brie for $6.99 a pound, a price that can only be described as WOW! You’ll find it in our cheese case.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Pasteurized Cream, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Animal Rennet.
