This Greek Whole Milk Vanilla Yogurt is made with Grade A pasteurized whole milk and live active cultures, including S. Thermophilus and L. Bulgaricus. Like our other Greek yogurts, it’s strained to remove the liquid whey, resulting in an irresistibly thick, creamy, tangy yogurt with a formidable protein content—a whopping 21g in each one-cup serving! The slightly sweet, natural vanilla flavor makes it enjoyable on its own, but neutral enough to be a blank canvas for all manner of mix-ins. Granola, fruit… granola and fruit… You can even substitute 1/4 cup of this Yogurt for an egg when preparing a muffin or quick-bread recipe.
