Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets
Forget that these Nuggets are gluten free (unless, of course, that’s really important to you, in which case, celebrate!). They’re just surprisingly delicious Chicken Nuggets. The key here is the meat. We don’t use the highly processed meat found in most nuggets – instead, here you’ll find actual well-seasoned chunks of breast meat from chickens that haven’t been treated with antibiotics. And the breading is crunchy, made with corn and rice. These little bites cook up golden in your oven, crunchy and entirely satisfying. Pair them with dipping sauces, add them to tacos, or cut them into smaller chunks and toss with garden greens, corn, and a bit of BBQ sauce for a “fried chicken salad” that’s all kinds of crunchy.
