Honey Nut O’s

Honey Nut O’s

February 6th, 2017—Fearlessly Archived—Still a fun read; price & availability may have changed.

Our O’s represent what we strive for here:  great product plus super price equals excellent value. We think this “value proposition” is easy to see throughout our stores – just compare our prices and quality to what you’ll find elsewhere. It’s perhaps easiest to spot in the cereal section.

Trader Joe’s Honey Nut O’s are among these cereals. This crunchy, sweet, and nutty cereal is made from toasted whole grain oats, real almonds, honey, and sugar. Whole grains are good for you in so many ways we’d need dozens of boxes to list them all! Going for something even more healthful, we’ve left out all the artificial flavors and preservatives found in many breakfast cereals, and we’ve fortified our Honey Nut O’s with iron, zinc and six B vitamins, including 50% of the Daily Value of folic acid. Ever notice how folic acid has a prominent “o” sound? Coincidence? You decide.

Back on topic, and most important of all, Honey Nut O’s are a sweetly delicious addition to any part of your day. Enjoy a bowl of these crunchy toasted O’s with sliced fresh fruit and cold milk. Add them to any of our creamy, tangy yogurts. We know large numbers of kids (okay, and adults) who’ll snack on them, right out of the box. They even make a great alternative to crispy rice cereal in a favorite dessert treat. Our price is also a real treat. We’re selling each 13.5 ounce box for $2.29, every day. That’s 20¢ a box lower than our price in 2007! O’s yes!
