Grilled Jerk Chicken Skewers with Mango Chutney

Jerk chicken originated in Jamaica, and this rendition is seasoned for us with a variety of spices, including black pepper and chili, as well as sweet fruits like oranges and peaches. It’s deeply seasoned without being particularly spicy, easy to enjoy as a center-of-the-plate entrée, on a salad, or as an appetizer. The chicken breast meat is threaded through wooden skewers and fully cooked, then frozen so you can have them on-hand when you want something that tastes great and time is of the essence.
