One of those words is misspelled. Another of those words may well have been made up (by us). The remaining word, though, is absolutely the right way to describe each of these blends of seeds and grains and fruit. Spectacular indeed!
Let's start with Trader Joe's Superseed Blend with Ancient Grains, a very good place to start. It's a truly super blend of seeds like chia, flax, and hemp, red quinoa and amaranth, and sprouted grains like buckwheat and millet. Sprouting (germinating) the grains increases the bioavailability of their nutrients; in other words, you get more of all the good things the grains have to offer when they're sprouted. Each two tablespoon serving gives you 2,000mg of Omega-3 fatty acids and four grams of fiber, as well as four grams of protein. Trader Joe's Super Seed Blend with Cranberry & Coconut Chips is a similar mix of seeds (chia, hemp, buckwheat), with dried cranberries and coconut chips. A single, two tablespoon serving delivers 1,000mg of Omega-3 fatty acids and five grams of fiber. Excellent stuff.
