Pumpkin Biscotti

Pumpkin Biscotti

October 6, 2014—Fearlessly Archived—Still a fun read; price & availability may have changed.

A biscotto is a single, twice-baked, Italian-style biscuit. More than one such cookie is known as an abundance of riches, the Italian word for which is apparently biscotti. As part of our Pumpkin Season shenanigans, Trader Joe's Pumpkin Biscotti are back, making these traditionally irresistible cookies even more enticing.

Pumpkin Biscotti are made with real butter and eggs, and they have a substantive crunch that makes them so desirable with coffee or tea. We've mixed in a generous amount of pumpkin purée, which adds a density and depth to the biscuit’s flavor and texture, and finished things off with pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, clove, ginger, and nutmeg). The pumpkin spice flavor is subtle, just enough that every bite you take gives you a little reminder that it’s Pumpkin Season.

Your reminder that Pumpkin Biscotti comes from Trader Joe's is our excellent price of $3.99 for each eight ounce tub.
