Whole Milk Yogurt
October 6, 2014—Fearlessly Archived—Still a fun read; price & availability may have changed.
You may assume that small cups of yogurt are solely for small hands, i.e., children. We all know what happens when you assume… Trader Joe's Yogurt Cups are ideal examples of just how right these little cups can be, even for adults. Beyond simple great taste and texture, the most convincing argument we can muster is that of portion control. You might normally shy away from whole milk yogurt, thinking there are just far too many calories in a big container. With a smaller, four ounce container, our Yogurt Cups make portion control possible, while still allowing a little indulgence. That sounds particularly "grown up" to us.
Trader Joe's Whole Milk Yogurt Cups are made with the milk of cows that haven't been treated with rBST. They come in handy six-packs of four ounce containers. Each six-pack contains two flavors—three of each—and we're selling three different flavor combinations: Blueberries & Cream/Vanilla & Cream, Mango & Cream/Peaches & Cream, and Strawberries & Cream/Bananas & Cream. You can, of course, share them with your kids. You may, however, find yourself positioning them near the back of the fridge where the kids can't reach them. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
We're selling each 6-pack of four ounce containers for the excellent price of $2.99, every day, the same price we’ve had for more than five years. You'll find them in our dairy case.
