Fully Cooked, Bone-In Pork Loin Roast

January 8th—Fearlessly Archived—Still a fun read; price & availability may have changed.

Holiday dinners can be the heart of your holiday celebration, where everyone comes together and enjoys a feast.  Holiday dinners can also be a whole lot of work -- not necessarily a bad thing, but we find the idea of a pulling off a tremendous holiday feast without a whole day's work to be an intriguing idea as well.  And that's one of the reasons we're so fond of Trader Joe's Fully Cooked, Bone-In Pork Loin Roast.

This is a 4-5 bone pork loin rack that's seasoned using herbs and spices like black pepper, white pepper and garlic, then roasted to exactly the right temperature, so it's wonderfully tender and juicy.  If you really need to feel like you've worked hard on your center-of-the-table masterpiece, you can pop this Roast in a roasting pan and put it in a 325º oven for about 35-40 minutes to reheat.  If you're about speed and ease, you'll be pleased to know it's microwavable, too, making it an outstanding option for a quick weeknight meal.  You'll also be pleased to know it's priced at $6.99 a pound, with each roast coming in at about 2.5-3.5 pounds, enough for 4-5 people.  You'll find it in our refrigerated case.  Happy holidays!
