What's in a Bowl?

January 30, 2017 in Category: Entertaining

No matter how much someone knows about football, they’ll always show up for the Bowls. The Food Bowls, that is. When the Big Game rolls around, empty bowls are filled with a variety of foods, only to be emptied once again by hungry spectators.

As number one fans of food, we feel invested in your game-day eating experience. Choose between our play calls (recipes) or last-minute audibles for a surefire win. On the football field, audibles are eleventh-hour plays called by the quarterback. On the Trader Joe’s field, they’re perfect, quick food and drink to fill all those bowls. Don't be surprised if your guests are caught holding...er...hogging these game-day goodies.

First Down: Pretzel Bites & Beer Cheese Dip

Okay, “chips” might not be in the name of these small snacks, but there’s nothing in the rulebook requiring it. You are required, however, to dip ‘em in cheesy deliciousness.

Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips

You’ll be impressed by the intense crunch of these chips, made with white corn tortillas and a hint of lime.

Third Down: Cherry Citrus Punch
