Greek Green Salad
The bitterness of the greens in this fresh salad is tempered by the addition of tangy, salty feta.
In a large salad bowl, toss greens with dressing until the greens are evenly coated. Place greens on individual plates and top with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and olives. Sprinkle a small handful of crumbled feta in the center of the salad. Enjoy!
