1 TJ's Gourmet Pie Crusts, thawed and placed in 9-inch pie dish
1 container (16 oz.) TJ's Cottage Cheese
1 package TJ's Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 package TJ's Frozen Chopped Spinach, defrosted and drained
3 TJ's Large Organic Brown Eggs
3 tablespoons TJ's Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/2 a stick TJ's Unsalted Butter, cut into chunks
Preheat oven to 375º F. In a large bowl, mix by hand the cottage cheese, cheddar, spinach, eggs, flour and butter. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes and serve.
