Using a clean dish cloth, wrap 10 to 15 Savory Thin Rice Crackers. Alternatively you can use a resealable plastic bag. Cover and smash into tiny pieces. Wash and clean green onions then cut into 2" sections. Lay one slice of smoked salmon on top of one slice of seaweed. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on top of the salmon. Sprinkle with rice cracker bits and season with freshly cracked black pepper. Top with one green onion section. Roll into a tight roll with the seaweed side being on the outside and the cream cheese side on the inside. Keep the roll intact with a toothpick.
