Bring dough to room temperature (approximately 1 hour). Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray loaf pan with canola oil spray. Remove rind from cheese and slice lengthwise. Stretch dough to 1" thickness. Layer ham and cheese on one half of the dough leaving a 1/2" border. Fold other half of dough over ham and cheese. Lightly press together the edges. Place in loaf pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until top begins to brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
