Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a donut pan with canola oil spray. Combine almond meal, spice and baking soda. In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix eggs, pumpkin, maple syrup, melted butter and vanilla. Add pumpkin mixture to almond meal to create batter. Evenly distribute batter in donut pan. Bake for 11-13 minutes. Let cool.
Combine powdered sugar, maple syrup and vanilla to create maple glaze. Drizzle on cooled donuts and serve.
