Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly butter or spray a 9x13 pan and line with foil or parchment paper. Press cookie dough in a flat layer on the bottom of the pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until starting to brown and edges are beginning to get firm. Remove from oven and cool for about 20 minutes. Cut open brownie pouch and pour evenly over baked cookie dough. Bake another 20 minutes, until edges are set but center will still be soft. Remove from oven, cool and remove from pan. Cut into squares.
