  • 1 jar TJ's Thai Red Curry Sauce
  • 1.5 pounds TJ's Chicken Drumsticks
  • TJ's Spray Canola Oil
  • 1 cup TJ's Honey Sesame Cashews, chopped

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Marinate the chicken in the curry sauce overnight. Arrange the drumsticks on a lightly greased baking sheet leaving at least an inch between drumsticks, and lightly spray with canola oil. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the sauce begins to thicken, remove from oven and lightly sprinkle with cashew pieces. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cashew pieces begin to brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

Serves: 3 - 4
Cooking Time: 25 - 30 Minutes
