  • 1 bag TJ's Frozen Shrimp (Jumbo, Peeled, Deveined, Tail On), Defrosted
  • 1 log TJ's Organic Polenta
  • 1 package TJ's Chicken Andouille Sausage
  • TJ's South African Seasoning Blend
  • TJ's Canola Oil Spray
  • TJ's Sriracha Sauce (For Dipping)
  • You will also need 10-12 wooden skewers

Remove polenta from casing and slice lengthwise down the center, then slice each half into half-moon shapes about 1/2" thick. Remove sausage from packaging and slice each link on the diagonal at same thickness. Remove thawed shrimp from packaging and season with Trader Joe’s South African seasoning blend on each side. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and spray liberally with canola oil. Saute polenta slices until golden brown, turning as necessary, and remove polenta from pan. Re-spray if necessary, and add sausage slices. When sausage is just starting to brown, add shrimp to the pan, and cook until opaque. Remove sausage and shrimp from pan. Thread polenta slices, cooked shrimp, and sausage slices onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient. Serve with sriracha sauce for dipping.
