  • 1 cup TJ's Pistachio Nut Meats
  • 2/3 cup TJ's Fancy Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1/8 teaspoon TJ's Saffron Spice
  • 2 TJ's Fuji Apples, cored and chopped into chunks
  • 1 TJ's Cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1/3 cup TJ's Fleur De Sel Caramel Sauce
  • You will also need 10 wooden skewers.

Dissolve the saffron in 2 teaspoons of hot water. Process the date, pistachio, and dissolved saffron in a food processor for one minute until it forms a paste. Roll the paste into twenty small balls. Assemble 10 wooden skewers as follows: 1 apple chunk, one date-pistachio ball, 1 cantaloupe cube. Repeat. Drizzle caramel sauce over each stick. Serve cold.
