  • 1 package TJ's Potato Pancakes
  • 1 cup TJ's New Zealand Grass Fed Sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 8 teaspoons TJ's Sour Cream
  • Chives, diced

Preheat oven to 400 F. Place potato pancakes on a non-stick baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes. Flip pancakes and cook for 7 minutes. Add shredded cheese and cook for an additional minute. Top with sour cream and chives and serve.
