  • 1 package TJ's Portabella Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons TJ's Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil
  • 2 slices TJ's Caprese Log, cut into 1/8” pieces
  • 1/4 cup TJ's Organic Arugula, shredded

Preheat oven to 350º F. Layer mushrooms with tomatoes and cheese. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Top with arugula and bake for an additional 7 minutes or until cheese becomes lightly brown.
