Cucumber Soup

  • 2 TJ's English Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • Juice of one TJ's Lime
  • 1 container of TJ's Cilantro & Chive Yogurt Dip
  • 1 cup TJ's Organic Plain Low Fat Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon TJ's Sea Salt
  • TJ's Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Puree cucumbers with lime juice in a food processor. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add dip, yogurt and salt to cucumber puree. Mix until thoroughly combined. Divide into four bowls. Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
