  • 1/2 cup TJ’s Jasmine White Rice
  • 2 cups TJ’s Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup TJ’s Golden Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon TJ’s Ground Cinnamon
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon TJ's Fresh Lemon (rind)

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine all ingredients. Over a low flame, cook the mixture, stirring frequently, for 30-40 minutes or until thickened and rice is cooked. Enjoy warm or chill overnight. Serve on its own, or with fresh mango slices or TJ's Mango Sorbet!
