Grilled Pickled Dubliner Print Recipe
Spread a thin layer of Kerrygold butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place bread buttered side down on a cutting board. Butter the upside of slices with herb butter Add cheese, chopped pickles and chives to one slice of bread and top with the other slice. Place in hot frying pan and brown first side. Flip, press down and brown second side. Top skillet with lid to melt cheese faster.
