In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and sauté 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add riced cauliflower to skillet and sauté another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cumin and sauté another two minutes, until fragrant. Season to taste with salt and serve immediately.
