Organic Italian Spaghetti

Our Organic Spaghetti is made with organically grown hard durum wheat from southern Italy, grown by farmers who've been passing down their traditional agricultural methods from generation to generation… for centuries. The wheat goes from the field to our pasta producer, where it is ground into perfect pasta flour and combined with water from Sicily's Madonie wildlife reserve, then fed slowly through traditional bronze dies, resulting in spaghetti with a slightly "rough" texture that holds sauces beautifully.
Trader Giotto's Organic Spaghetti is among the best pastas we've tasted (along with our other cuts of Organic Pasta). It has distinctive flavor and texture that's terrific with red sauces like our Organic Tomato & Basil or your favorite creamy sauces. Try it with meatballs or Italian sausage for a traditional feast. Toss it with olive oil & garlic (aglio e olio) and some blanched broccoli for a lighter take on dinner. Make "purposeful leftovers" so you can combine it with eggs, bacon and leftover veggies for breakfast—trust us on this one.
