Yes, Sweet Potato Tots. They're bite-size morsels that resemble, in shape, the tots you've loved since childhood. That, however, is where the similarities end. Their orange-red hue (along with their moniker, of course), reveals their roots—they're made from sweet potatoes grown in the Southeastern United States. Not just any sweet potatoes, though. Our supplier uses a "curing" process, which involves transporting the freshly picked root veggies to climate-controlled storage immediately after harvest. There, in precise heat and humidity conditions, the potatoes' starches convert to natural sugars, resulting in even sweeter sweet potatoes. And that results in truly terrific tots.
