Vanilla or Blueberry
Technically, we can't call these Coconut Yogurt, because they're made with coconut "milk," which isn't really milk. But if you're looking for a quick and easy explanation of what Cultured Coconut Milk is, that’s pretty much it, in a (coco)nut shell.
Trader Joe's Cultured Coconut Milks, in both Vanilla and Blueberry flavors, are excellent alternatives to dairy or soy milk yogurts. They're rich in medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs), which serve as a natural energy source, and fortified with the proper balance of magnesium, calcium and vitamin D for optimal calcium absorption. They also contain six live and active cultures – that's the "cultured" part of Cultured Coconut Milk. They're smooth, delicious, and well-priced at $1.49 for each six ounce cup. You'll find them in the cultured milk section, also known as the yogurt section, of our dairy case.
