All Purpose or White Whole Wheat

It is our never-ending quest to buy our products as close to the source as possible. Why?  We've found that when we go to the source, we get consistently better products and tremendously lower prices.  We do all this, mind you, with you, our customers, in mind.

To this end, please examine Baker Josef's Flour.  Available in both Unbleached All-Purpose and White Whole Wheat, their journey is simple: from farmer to our supplier's mill to our stores – no middleman involved.  We pay less money, have easier access to the flour, and are able to sell a five pound bag to you for only $2.99. They're both made from 100% U.S. grown hard wheat – All Purpose Flour is a blend of select premium wheat grown in the Colorado area, and White Whole Wheat Flour is milled from premium white wheat grown on the high plains of the Midwest and Colorado.  Both have four grams of protein in every quarter-cup serving, significantly more protein than you'll find in most of the flour you'll find on grocery store shelves.

At $2.99 for each five pound bag, Baker Josef's Flour costs about the same as more standard flour, and is decidedly less expensive than other "artisan" quality flour.  And of course, Baker Josef's Flours are available every day, directly at the source – your neighborhood Trader Joe's.
