Organic High Fiber O’s

Organic High Fiber O’s

February 2, 2015—Fearlessly Archived—Still a fun read; price & availability may have changed.

Our Joe's O's cereal has had the "whole grain goodness at a great value" angle covered for years.  We've outfitted our O's (grammatically incorrect, we know, but we're sticking by our nomenclature) with honey and nuts, strawberries and yogurt, a multiple berry iteration, and even pumpkin spice during a particular time of the year (did you stock up?). Did you know that this same "whole grain goodness" also exists in an O that's high in fiber and a good source of protein, too? All true. And it's delish.

Trader Joe's Organic High Fiber O's are the high fiber sibling cereal in the mighty lineup of Joe's wonderful world of O's. Each serving contains nine grams of dietary fiber, seven grams of protein and only one gram of fat - and none of those nasty trans fats, either. Add the benefits of whole grains and you can clearly see we've got a winner on our hands.  But what about taste, you ask? As we mentioned above… delish. Organic High Fiber O's are super crunchy with a little nutty flavor and just a touch of sweetness. The price makes them even sweeter. Each 16 ounce box is $2.99, every day. You'll find them in the Joe's O's subsection of our cereal aisle - no Dewey Decimal here, you can find what you need using our handy O's Organizer.
