Trader Joe's Many Clove Garlic Cooking & Simmer Sauce was inspired by the many (delicious) iterations of Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic we've enjoyed. For the members of our tasting panel, there were many iterations of this Many Clove sauce before we felt we had it just right - a smooth, savory sauce that's as versatile as it is delicious.
Many Clove Garlic Sauce uses garlic in four forms - freshly chopped, puréed, roasted whole cloves, and dried & granulated - to reach new heights in garlic greatness. The garlic is simmered with white wine, chicken stock, brandy, and a bit of cream to create a sauce that's easy to use and even easier to enjoy. Pour it over browned, cut up chicken pieces and bake in a 350º oven for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165º. Or pour it into a skillet with chicken breast pieces and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked (again, go for that magical internal temperature of 165º).

We're sworn to secrecy there, but we can tell you that we took part in nearly 40 tastings to get it just right, and we added more and more garlic every time.
