Liberté Pinot Noir
February 4, 2013—Fearlessly Archived—Still a fun read, price & availability may have changed.
"Life, liberté and the pursuit of great wine" is one of our all-time favorite quotes. Sure, we'll admit to coining it ourselves. Is that wrong? You certainly won't think so after tasting Liberté Pinot Noir from Paso Robles.
Liberté Pinot Noir is the cousin to our much-loved Liberté Cabernet Sauvignon. Like its cousin, this wine reflects its San Luis Obispo County roots—robust, independent-minded and intensely flavored. The grapes are all from the winery's own vineyards in San Luis Obispo, whose four growing regions are known for their Pinot Noir. Our winemaker is extremely fond of Pinot Noir, and crafting this particular wine is a labor of love for him—you can taste that love in every sip. Smooth, dry, and fruit forward, the wine tastes of strawberries and black cherries, with hints of vanilla and tobacco on the finish. Enjoy it with our Roasted Vegetable Lasagna, or Pork Tenderloin. And enjoy our price of $9.99*, a tremendous value for this terrific wine. It's easy to find on our shelves—just look for our very own Lady Liberté on the bottle.
*Liberte Pinot Noir is currently available in Trader Joe's stores where wine is sold. It is $9.99 unless otherwise noted here: OH: $13.99. Alcohol availability & price may vary due to state laws, taxes, shipment fees & other such stuff. (If we could, we would.)
