Caretaker Pinot Noir

December 31, 2012 - Fearlessly Archived - Still a fun read, price & availability may have changed.
Caretaker Pinot Noir is the fruit (yes, pun intended; sorry) of a relationship we've forged with a group of prominent growers-turned-winemakers in the Arroyo Grande region of California's Central Coast. We're happy to say we're really happy with the result. The hand-harvested grapes and "hands-on" blending have created a refined, silky, berry-forward Pinot Noir with black cherry, plum and spice on the nose, a medium body with balanced acidity and a long, delicate finish.
Central Coast Pinots of this quality generally sell for $20 or more. But with our awesome QPR (that's Quality to Price Ratio), we're selling Caretaker Pinot Noir for the terrific price of $9.99* a bottle. If you're looking for a special wine for that special holiday meal, you've found it in Caretaker Pinot Noir.
*Caretaker Pinot Noir is currently available in Trader Joe's stores where wine is sold. It is $9.99 unless otherwise noted here: OH: $13.99. Alcohol availability & price may vary due to state laws, taxes, shipment fees & other such stuff. (If we could, we would.)
