Tamales for the Holidays

Nothing says "Happy Holidays!" like tamales.
We have three varieties of Tamales that are handmade just for us by a company that specializes in creative, top-quality Mexican foods. The corn masa is moist and light, not dry and grainy like some mass-produced tamales. And the fillings? Oh, they're good. We have Chicken & Green Chile, Pork & Red Sauce, and Vegetarian with Cheese and Green Salsa (this one has sweet corn, zucchini, and red bell peppers). Each Handmade Tamale is wrapped in the traditional cornhusk wrapper and fully cooked. You can heat them in the microwave, but for the most authentic experience, we recommend steaming them on the stovetop – it doesn't take long, and it's worth it!

We're selling each 30 ounce package of 10 Trader José's Handmade Tamales for the fantastico price of $10.99. We only have them during the holiday season, and they tend to sell quickly, so if you're a tamale fan, we say andalé!
