Cranberry Sauce

November 27, 2012 - Fearlessly Archived - Still a fun read, price & availability may have changed.
Made in New England by real cranberry craftsmen, who have been saucing since the mid-1800s, this traditional recipe is tried and true. It starts with the selection of fresh, ripe, red cranberries. They are slowly steeped and simmered in small batches, and then blended with pure cane sugar and pectin to produce a bold sauce that's sweet and a bit tart. We're selling each 12 ounce jar for $1.99.
