Mahi Mahi – also known as dolphinfish though not related to actual dolphins – is known for its slightly sweet, mild flavor and firm, meaty texture. We’ve added herbs and spices like paprika, parsley, sea salt & rosemary to make seriously delicious, meaty burgers… without the meat.
